Blood Moon over Musutafu

Summary

There is no such thing as a Quirk, but magic is extremely real.
There is no such thing as a Hero, but adventurers are extremely real.
Not much changes. Everything changes.

Blood Moon over Musutafu takes place in a simplified version of a High-Supernatural Fantasy world a friend started work on a few years ago. So, it's technically a crossover, but we've agreed that putting it in the crossover category would be sort of missing the point. The world is mostly set apart by the very specific vampire/werewolf lore (by which I mean the complex version has NINETEEN types that fall under those categories and they've all got different rules) and the Thing that's going on with how Gods work. Suffice it to say there's a lot of rules or ideas in play that I'll likely simply not mention if they're not relevant to the point at hand.

Agency One Hundred and Forty One

Summary

Agency One Hundred and Forty-One is an extrajudicial vigilante force stationed in a small, abandoned complex in the more passed-over part of Musutafu. It is manned by a crew of what appears to be teenagers, varying in age from younger to almost adult, and specialises in a combination of investigative work and physical operations. Unlike many vigilantes of their particular cut, Agency One Hundred and Forty-One does not participate in serious killings or maimings; rather, the crux of their operations is a procedure they term "Excision". The vast majority of their investigative works are tailored towards tracking potential Excision targets.
It is unknown how Excision works; only that those who undergo it are rendered permanently quirkless.
